The BeenzList has been in operation since it was put online on April 13, 2000.

The original BeenzList was started as an experiment in website creation and to see if a visitor base could be established... as well as help visitors find beenz of course!

This is what BeenzList (version 1) looked like the day before it was replaced by version 2.

If no visitors came, the BeenzList would have stopped running. But the BeenzList has been such a successful project and become quite a popular site that instead of being updated "frequently", it is updated on a daily basis.

The idea of the original site was to give visitors a fast loading list of beenz offers all on one page so that all beenz offers are visible without having to go to several different pages. (Hence the name beenzLIST) This has proved to be a very easy way for visitors to collect Beenz.

Due to popularity of the BeenzList, it warranted the creation of an even better version of the BeenzList, the current version 2. Released on January 25, 2001, the original "list" idea is maintained and is still the first page of the site in order to allow the surfer the fastest way to access beenz locations. Version 2 features a better design esthetically while still being fast loading, and new pages such as where to spend beenz, links to beenz sites, and a beenz donation links page.

Hopefully visitors will continue to find this site useful.
